• FREE Fall-Prevention with Saving Claire Documentary Screening (events.com) — La Mesa seniors and their families can attend a free fall-prevention documentary screening and panel at the Grossmont Healthcare District Auditorium on Tuesday, September 22, from 10 a.m. to noon. Hosted by the San Diego Seniors Community Foundation, the event uses the film "Saving Claire" to teach practical skills that reduce dangerous falls, with check-in starting at 9:30 a.m.
