Sonoma Valley Resort Wins Condé Nast Top Spot

SONOMA VALLEY, CA — The Lodge at Sonoma Resort, Autograph Collection, secured a top spot on Condé Nast Traveler’s 2026 Readers’ Choice Awards for Northern California hotels.

The resort earned a reader score of 97.92, finishing immediately behind Lafayette Park Hotel & Spa, which ranked tenth with 97.98.

The awards rank hotels through the publication’s annual reader survey.

Participants rate rooms, location, service, food, activities, facilities, design, concierge services, community investment, and spa and wellness offerings.

Condé Nast Traveler averages those ratings to calculate each property’s score. Hotels must receive a minimum number of responses and meet a minimum overall rating to qualify.
