• Larkspur council denies appeal against tennis club plan (marinij.com) — Larkspur residents should know the City Council has unanimously rejected an appeal seeking to block redevelopment of the Mt. Tam Racquet Club at 1 Larkspur Plaza Drive into a smaller tennis and recreation center. Neighbors and club members raised concerns about losing indoor courts, health programs, and flood risks, but city staff and council concluded the private project meets zoning and safety rules while urging the owner to consider seniors' needs.
