Three Los Angeles restaurants were named among the 100 best in the U.S. by OpenTable.
LOS ANGELES, CA — Three Los Angeles restaurants have been named among the best in the country for 2026, according to a new ranking from restaurant reservation service OpenTable.
California dominated OpenTable's Top 100 Restaurants in America for 2026, with 19 eateries — more than any other state — featured on the list, the company announced Wednesday.
This year's list spanned 21 states plus Washington, D.C., and was generated from more than 11 million reviews from verified diners, along with other dining metrics.

Known for its live-fire cooking, the restaurant specializes in Southern-inspired dishes prepared using two wood-burning ovens. Its menu features oysters, cornbread, pork chops and rib-eye, while a wine bar in the back offers a smaller selection of dishes.
Providence — Hollywood
Chef-owner Michael Cimarusti's upscale seafood restaurant opened in 2005 and has held two Michelin stars since 2008. It also has a Green Michelin Star recognizing its sustainability practices. Its tasting menus feature seafood dishes including sashimi, abalone, crab tortelli, black bass and king salmon.
Musso & Frank Grill — Hollywood
A Hollywood institution since 1919, the restaurant is known for its classic American cuisine, martinis and old-school atmosphere, complete with dark wood interiors and leather booths. Its longtime menu staples include fettuccine Alfredo, steaks, roast duck and its signature ground beef sandwich.
To determine the Top 100 list, OpenTable analyzed reviews and dining metrics collected between Sept. 1, 2025, and Aug. 31, 2026. Factors included diner ratings, the percentage of five-star reviews, reservation demand, advance bookings, restaurant capacity and direct searches.
"Diners have no shortage of places they can turn to for dining inspiration, but none quite like our Top 100, which casts a wide net across the country and reflects the restaurants Americans are truly loving," OpenTable Chief Operating Officer Amy Wei said in a news release.
The company also pointed to continued interest in dining out, citing its 2027 Dining Trends Report, which found that 68% of Americans expect to visit restaurants as often or more often in the coming year.
