Toddler Kidnapped By Woman Considered Armed And Dangerous: CHP Amber Alert
Police are urging anyone who sees a missing three-year-old boy or the woman believed to have taken him to call 911.
Police issued an Amber Alert Thursday for a 3-year-old boy who authorities said was abducted in Los Angeles by a woman considered to be armed an dangerous.
The California Highway Patrol issued the alert on behalf of the Los Angeles Police Department after Elias Linares Quintanilla was reportedly taken at about 8 a.m. Thursday in Los Angeles.
Elias was described as a Hispanic boy standing 3 feet tall and weighing 25 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes. He was last seen wearing a gray sweater, red shirt and blue shorts.

Authorities identified the suspect as Sonia Quintanilla, 38, a woman described as 5 feet 6 inches tall and weighing 140 pounds, with blonde hair and brown eyes. She was last seen wearing a black sweater and black pants.
Investigators said Quintanilla was last seen driving a gray 2008 Pontiac G6 with California license plate 6FRP150.
