(ksby.com) — Los Osos property owners are watching closely as Measure B-26, which would fund buying the former Sunnyside School and turning it into a park through a new annual parcel tax, has shifted from trailing to leading by more than 400 votes. Residents and a local developer are debating the project’s cost, steep terrain, and fairness to property owners while officials await final certification by July 2.
