Madera Police crack down on illegal ATV riders (yourcentralvalley.com) — Madera police are stepping up enforcement against illegal ATV riding after several late‑night stops near the Fresno River Trail and city neighborhoods, including a 14‑year‑old and a parolee with a felony warrant. Officers say they’ll continue crackdowns and urge parents and riders to follow California off‑highway vehicle laws and stick to designated riding areas.
