• Sausalito Marin City School District reaches contract deal for teachers (marinij.com) — Teachers in the Sausalito Marin City School District have secured a tentative 2026–27 contract with a 3% raise and $1,500 one-time payments, but they’re also demanding answers about Superintendent LaResha Huffman’s two-year contract extension. Union leaders say salary changes and alleged Brown Act transparency issues around her deal need public scrutiny, and they’re urging Marin City and Sausalito residents to speak out at Thursday’s board meeting.
