• Update: LAPD confirms fatal pedestrian crash on Lincoln Blvd near 90 Freeway; police say victim was not homeless (smobserved.com) — A pedestrian was killed Tuesday night at the Lincoln Boulevard on-ramp to the 90 Freeway in Marina del Rey, where investigators say the victim was not homeless and died at the scene. The crash highlights a troubling pattern of deadly collisions along Lincoln through Marina del Rey, Venice, and Santa Monica. Police are asking anyone with information to contact LAPD West Traffic detectives or Crime Stoppers.
