ā¢ Tunnel collapse kills Mariposa County mother (yourcentralvalley.com) ā A Mariposa County mother of two, 35-year-old Twyla Capurro of Coulterville, was killed in a construction tunnel collapse near Knights Ferry on Tuesday. She and a colleague were underground when the ground gave way; he escaped but rescuers found her hours later, already deceased. Friends have launched an online fundraiser to support her fiancĆ© and young sons. Ā Ā Ā
