Smoke May Be Visible From Prescribed Burn In North Bay

The fire department is asking locals to refrain from calling 911 to report smoke from this specific burn area.

MARIN COUNTY, CA — Locals may see smoke emitting from prescribed burns Monday through Friday in Marin County.

Marin Water will manage the prescribed burn on the Mt. Tam watershed near the Mountain Theater and Rock Spring Trailhead from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday.

Fire Officials are asking locals to please avoid calling 911 for updates.
