• Woman charged with murder after intentionally running over friend, say police (local12.com) — Milpitas residents are learning more about a deadly incident at a local apartment complex, where police say a woman allegedly ran over and killed a friend with an SUV on August 28. Investigators report the suspect was later found nearby and now faces a murder charge, with a court appearance scheduled for September 10.
