Monrovia Leans Into Fall With Annual Festival On Saturday

The free event will feature seasonal activities for all ages, the city said.

MONROVIA, CA — Monrovia will celebrate the arrival of fall with its annual Old Town Fall Festival On Saturday at Library Park and throughout Old Town Monrovia.

The free community event be held from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. and will feature seasonal activities for all ages, including scenic wagon rides along Myrtle Avenue and trackless train rides through Library Park aboard the Old Town Express, the city announced on Tuesday.

Families can also take part in face painting, arts and crafts, pumpkin painting and a fall-themed photo booth featuring hay bales and giant pumpkins. Families will receive one free 4-by-6 photo print and digital copy from the photo booth.

Library story times will be held at the top of every hour, giving children an opportunity to settle in for fall-themed stories with local librarians, the city said.

Some activities may require a fee.
