Silver Alert Issued For At-Risk Pair In Riverside County
The alert was issued Tuesday evening for Mariam Espinoza, 89, and Alexander Serrano, 63. The pair disappeared Monday afternoon.

HEMET, CA — The Riverside County Sheriff's Department is seeking the public's assistance in locating a man and woman who went missing in Hemet.
A Silver Alert was issued Tuesday evening for Mariam Espinoza, 89, and Alexander Serrano, 63. It is unclear how the two are connected.
They were last seen around 3:30 p.m. Monday and are believed to be traveling on foot.

Espinoza is described as 5 feet 6 inches tall, weighing 100 pounds, with gray hair and brown eyes. She was last seen wearing a beige coat with burgundy stripes, a burgundy beanie and blue pants.
Serrano is described as 5 feet 9 inches tall, weighing 165 pounds, with gray hair and brown eyes. He was last seen wearing a blue flannel jacket and blue shorts.

Anyone with information regarding Espinoza and Serrano's whereabouts is urged to call 911.
The Silver Alert program was established by the California Highway Patrol to issue and coordinate alerts involving the unexplained or suspicious disappearances of elderly, developmentally disabled or cognitively impaired individuals.
