• Wildcat Fish Passage Implementation Project (ca.gov) — Starting Monday, June 15, major construction on the Wildcat Fish Passage Implementation Project will bring weekday lane delays on Pittsburg Avenue, Parr Boulevard, and Fred Jackson Way in North Richmond through late November. Crews will replace the Wildcat Creek fish ladder, expand the sediment basin, and add rock berms and access platforms to improve fish passage and drainage for upstream neighborhoods.
