Expect extended dust, noise, and traffic disruptions as the city, sanitary district, and water district coordinate sewer, water, and stormwater replacements along this heavily used corridor. 
2. Brothers Lose Mother, Family Dog In Deadly Novato Crash (patch.com) — A Novato family is reeling after 59-year-old Mary Coleen Murphy and the family dog were fatally struck while crossing Novato Boulevard near St. Paul Circle, leaving her two adult sons without immediate family.
