Crews Stop Vegetation Fire In Oceanside
An evacuation warning was issued for properties near the fire when it spread to three acres, but it was burning away from structures.
OCEANSIDE, CA — Firefighters have stopped a vegetation fire in Oceanside Saturday that started at about a quarter of an acre and spread to three.
The fire was reported at 5:35 p.m. Saturday in the 900 block of Capistrano Drive, according to the Oceanside Fire Department. The Department then sent people requesting additional information to Pulse Point, which referred them to Watch Duty.
