• Vandenberg Space Force Base to hold "Mission Update" event in Ojai (ksby.com) — Vandenberg Space Force Base is bringing its final “Mission Update” community forum to Ojai City Hall on Monday, June 22, from 4 to 6 p.m. Residents can hear directly from Col. James T. Horne III about rocket launches, sonic booms, and Vandenberg’s national defense role, and ask questions about how local communities are affected.
   

• Ojai swimmers place high at California Senior Games (ojaivalleynews.com) — Two Ojai Masters swimmers, Stanley Schneider and Ken Umholtz, racked up multiple first-place finishes at the Pasadena Senior Games, qualifying for next year’s National Senior Games.
