• American Airlines Suspends 6 Domestic Routes Due to Rising Fuel Costs (afar.com) — American Airlines will temporarily suspend its Charlotte-to-Ontario route from August 5 to October 5 because of higher jet fuel costs, reducing nonstop options into ONT. Ontario travelers can still reach Charlotte via connections or other airlines while American pauses several California-linked routes nationwide.
