More Than 1,000 Vehicles Put Through Petaluma DUI Checkpoint
Police screened 1,043 vehicles and cited 14 motorists for license violations during Friday's six-hour operation.
PETALUMA, CA — Petaluma police arrested two drivers on suspicion of DUI and another for violating a criminal protection order during a checkpoint.
Police operated the checkpoint on Petaluma Boulevard North near Gossage Avenue from 6 p.m. until midnight beginning Friday.
Officers screened 1,043 vehicles and cited 14 drivers for operating a vehicle without a license or with a suspended or revoked license.
