• Phelan Man Arrested After Allegedly Entering Two Homes, Damaging Vehicle During Theft Attempt (vvng.com) — A local man was arrested in Phelan after deputies say he entered two homes on Sheep Creek Road and tried to steal a vehicle, damaging its ignition. The incident, reported Tuesday morning and afternoon, led to his arrest in a nearby field. Investigators are still gathering information and are asking Phelan residents to contact the Victor Valley Station or We-Tip with any tips.
