Cool Family Fun! Hot Jazz and Blues!
*FREE* Cool Summer Jazz Saturdays at the San Ramon Library continues with saxophonist extraordinaire Charles McNeal on Saturday, August 15th.
The Charles McNeil and Friends quartet include: Charles McNeal, alto sax, Joe Warner, keys, Ron Belcher, bass and Deszon Claiborne, drums.
Nationally-known Charles McNeal has been booked for such prestigious events as the Monterey and San Francisco Jazz Festivals. He is best known for the provision of many saxophone transcriptions and educational materials.
The hour-long performance will be in the upstairs community room at the Library starting at 2 p.m. Doors open at 1:30 p.m.
The concert is free to the public, but seats fill up fast so get there!
