Pleasanton Unified State Of The District Registration Ends Tuesday
This year's State of the District will feature a Q&A with the superintendent, and the president and Vice President of the PUSD board.
PLEASANTON, CA — Registration is open until Tuesday for the Pleasanton Unified School District's State of the School District address and Q&A, which will take place Tuesday, March 17 at the Firehouse Arts Center.
This year's event will feature a brief district update by Superintendent Dr. Maurice Ghysels, where he will share highlights on district progress, goals, and strategic initiatives. The address will be followed by a Q&A with Ghysels and PUSD Board President Kelly Mokashi and Vice President Laurie Walker Whiteland. See here to submit a question.
The event will also feature a light breakfast reception starting at 8 a.m., and the program will begin at 8:30 a.m. The event will also feature the presentation of the Pleasanton Partnerships in Education Foundation's Pillars of Pleasanton Awards, which recognize businesses and individuals supporting Pleasanton schools.
