Tri-Valley Man Suspected Of DUI In Deadly Monterey Crash: Police
Two other passengers in the car were injured, police said.
DUBLIN, CA — A 20-year-old Dublin man was arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence during a crash that killed one person and injured two others in Monterey on Sunday, police said.
Police say Sebastian Feliciano was driving a 2009 Silver BMW coupe convertible drunk with a blood alcohol content of over .13% when he veered off the road on Barnett Sefal and Iris Canyon Road and struck a tree.
One passenger in his car died, while two others suffered injuries that were not considered life-threatening, the Monterey Police Department said on Monday. The identity of the deceased was not immediately available.

Feliciano was also injured in the crash and taken to a local hospital for treatemnt, police said.
Although the crash remains under investigation, police say they will be pursuing gross vehicular manslaughter charges against Feliciano.

Police believe the group was driving from the Carmel area to Monterey and was "involved in reckless driving incidents" before the deadly crash.
