What to expect (redding.com) ā Redding will host Northern Californiaās first IRONMAN 70.3 this August, bringing up to 2,500 athletes and an estimated $10 million economic boost to local businesses. The course runs from Whiskeytown Lake to the Civic Auditorium and along the Sundial Bridge and River Trail, with extra aid and cooling stations planned for Reddingās intense summer heat.
