Provided through a partnership between BCHD, South Bay Families Connected and Thelma McMillen Center, the Parent Chat offers its participants a confidential and supportive space to share their parenting challenges and successes. Keep Breathing Yoga offers year-round outdoor classes on the sand at Knob Hill in Redondo Beach, California. Since 2012, Kerri Sheybani has welcomed students of all levels to practice yoga with the Pacific Ocean as their backdrop. Kerri is a Registered Yoga Teacher affiliated with Cloud Nine Yoga. Her Hatha flow classes combine breath and movement to build strength, balance, focus and mindfulness, while the sand adds a natural challenge to the practice. In addition to beach classes, Keep Breathing Yoga hosts yoga retreats in locations such as Ojai and Murrieta.
