San Diego Squirrels Club (adults with ADHD) Meet & Greet

The San Diego Squirrels Club, a social and support group for adults with ADHD, will be hosting a "meet and greet" on April 30, from 6:30 PM till 8:00 PM at the Mission Bay Beach Club. There is no charge for this event and it is open to all adults with ADHD and our allies.

The Mission Bay Beach Club and Superbloom Cafe is a great venue. It's an an outdoor cafe and restaurant on the east side of Mission Bay. The atmosphere is great- lots of room to roam and Mission Bay is gorgeous at night.

The agenda for this gathering will be light and loose. Casual mixing from 6:30 till about 6:45 to give folks time to order and then group introductions followed by a brief group discussion - so try to not be too late.  After that, we will, take a break for mixing with others, walking around or eating. The we'll reconvene once more for an "ADHD game" (don't worry, it's low key).
