Are you or a loved one struggling with depression, anxiety, trauma, or substance use? If weekly therapy isn’t enough, but inpatient care isn’t the right fit, BOLD Health offers a physician-led Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) designed for lasting change.

Located in Encinitas and serving all of San Diego County, our evidence-based program provides the structure you need while allowing you to live at home and maintain your daily responsibilities.

Our Program Includes:

• Comprehensive Care: Integrated psychiatry, medication management, and individual therapy.
• Proven Results: Evidence-based modalities including CBT, DBT, and Trauma-Informed care.
• Small Groups: Connect with others in a supportive, professionally-led environment 3x per week.
• Specialized Tracks: Dual Diagnosis (mental health + addiction) and Perinatal/Postpartum support.
• Flexible Scheduling: Morning (9:00 AM – 12:30 PM) and Afternoon (1:30 PM – 5:00 PM) tracks now enrolling.
