Motorcyclist Crashes, Suffers Broken Leg In San Diego

SAN DIEGO, CA — A motorcyclist traveling along a University Heights street lost control, hit a parked car and suffered a broken leg Sunday, according to the San Diego Police Department.

SDPD officers and San Diego Fire-Rescue Department personnel responded at about 1:30 p.m. Saturday to the 4300 block of Louisiana Street, where they found a 33-year-old unidentified man had hit a parked BMW 328i with his KTM motorcycle, police said.

The motorcyclist was taken to a hospital to be treated for an open fracture to the right femur.
