Their young child was located safely through San Diego Unified School Police, and detectives are asking anyone with information to contact the Homicide Unit or Crime Stoppers. The case remains active as authorities notify the victim's family and review what led to the deadly argument.

San Diego-Tijuana border crossings can't keep up with growth, tourism official says (wkrg.com) — If you're stuck in San Ysidro or Otay Mesa border lines, a Tijuana tourism leader says you're feeling the effects of growth that has outpaced San Diego–Tijuana ports of entry.
