San Diego Zoo Safari Park Stroller Strides Classes Return This Summer

Participants will take part in cardio workouts throughout the Safari Park and conclude each session with a wildlife presentation.

ESCONDIDO, CA — San Diego Zoo Safari Park is offering a series of Stroller Strides fitness classes this summer for parents with young children.

The classes, held in partnership with FIT4MOM, begin at 8:30 a.m. Thursday, June 25, and will be held every other Thursday through the end of August.

Participants will take part in cardio workouts throughout the Safari Park and conclude each session with a wildlife presentation.

The classes take advantage of the park's early opening hours and are designed for parents exercising with children in strollers.

Participation requires a Safari Park membership or admission ticket, with classes included as part of the FIT4MOM membership. First-time participants will receive their initial FIT4MOM class for free, excluding Safari Park admission.
