Police say 53-year-old Paula Truong shot and killed her two daughters and husband in October 2025.
When officers arrived, they found the bodies of 57-year-old Thomas Ocheltree, Mackenzie Ocheltree, 9, and Alexandra Ocheltree, 12. The two children were in their respective bedrooms, their bodies partially covered, according to authorities.
Officers, meanwhile, found Truong hanging dead in the garage, authorities said.
The San Francisco Chronicle later reported that the family appeared to have been struggling financially prior to the slayings.
