SAN FRANCISCO, CA — As we head into the new week, we've rounded up the stories you may have missed Saturday and Sunday to prepare you for Monday.

But before we jump into Northern California's top stories, residents should expect a cool start to the week followed by a gradual warming trend, according to the National Weather Service.

"Seasonally cool temperatures along with breezy afternoon winds persist into the middle of the week," NWS San Francisco forecasters wrote Sunday. "Gradual warming trend begins towards the end of the upcoming work week."

In other news, authorities seized 546 pounds of illegal fireworks; one person was injured in a shooting near Pride festivities; police said an armed man was arrested after he made death threats to customers at a business; five people were arrested and two police officers were injured at the San Francisco Trans March, and six people were displaced in a hoarding house fire.
