Post-Drug Deal Argument Led To East Bay Triple Killing: Report
Three suspects have been arrested so far in connection with the deadly shooting, according to a report from the East Bay Times.
OAKLAND, CA — A shooting that left three people dead in Oakland to start the new year was the result of a drug deal gone wrong, according to a report from the East Bay Times.
Jamaal Myers admitted to police that he sold marijuana to a pair of brothers during the early hours of Jan. 3, when things took a turn, according to the report.

An argument erupted at the scene, and a second suspect, Darrell Tatmon, exchanged gunfire with one of the brothers inside Sky Market on 85th Street and International Boulevard, according to the report.
When the dust settled, the brothers and a bystander were dead. So far, three people have been taken into custody in connection with the shooting, according to the report.
