'Summer' Vegetable Garden Already Looks Impressive: Photo
Liz Whitt is going to have tomatoes for endless recipes.
SAN LEANDRO, CA — Halfway through spring, plants in Liz Whitt's summer vegetable garden have some impressive bulk to them. It won't be long before her family gathers for summer barbecues after a day in the pool!
If you are squinting at the plants to identify what's growing, Liz has tomatoes, bell peppers, red lettuce, and green onions growing, along with other odds-and-ends.
