• New Service Request System Coming Soon (outlooknewspapers.com) — San Marino is about to roll out a new Citywide Portal so residents can easily report issues like potholes, broken streetlights, and tree problems online. The system will also help city staff better track maintenance, plan repairs, and manage infrastructure long term, with more how-to details promised in upcoming city communications.
