Inside AutoVino’s restored 1955 Flxible diner bus, Nate makes hand-stretched Neapolitan-style pizzas using 48-hour fermented dough.
Nick, a chef trained at Le Cordon Bleu in Paris, prepares wood-fired chicken wings in a 900-degree oven, ensuring they have a perfect crunch and tender meat. These wings are among the best in town, making them an ideal pairing with Woodside Vineyards wine during Happy Hour.
🧀 INGE’S CHARCUTERIE BOARDS
