Residents who want to know if their address qualifies can already check availability online as construction expands across the Central Coast.
   

• State Budget Earmarks Include $70 Million for Local Projects (noozhawk.com) — Santa Ynez Valley is set to benefit from new state budget earmarks, including $3 million for the planned Community Aquatics Center and $2 million to advance the Santa Ynez Valley Children’s Museum. These projects are part of more than $70 million directed to Santa Barbara County, backing parks, libraries, college facilities, and infrastructure upgrades across the region.
