Chupacabra is a 1-year-old, 67-pound, male, Shepherd mix.
He was transferred to Rancho Coastal Humane Society from a crowded shelter through Friends of County Animal Shelters - FOCAS.
While he’s fully grown physically, he’s still a puppy who will need plenty of patience. Chupacabra leans in and melts for love. He’s not interested in toys. Just people.
