• ACORE Lends $71M on San Diego-Area Industrial Development (commercialobserver.com) — A major new industrial project, the Palisade Santee Commerce Center, is moving forward in Santee with $71.25 million in financing secured for construction on North Woodside Avenue. Two large buildings and nearly 300 parking spaces are planned, targeting warehousing, distribution, and light manufacturing tenants, and the project is expected to open in late 2027.
