• Officials investigate homicide at a Santee home (cbs8.com) — A man was found dead and another injured and arrested after deputies responded to an assault call Monday afternoon at a home on the 10800 block of Grand Fork Drive in Santee. Sheriff's officials say the homicide appears to be an isolated incident with no ongoing threat to the community, and they're asking anyone with information to contact the Homicide Unit or Crime Stoppers.
