• Pasadena Humane Society seeks home for Honey the pig (ocregister.com) — Sierra Madre residents are among those eligible to adopt Honey, a friendly 100‑pound pig whose previous guardian can no longer care for her. Pasadena Humane says some nearby cities, including Sierra Madre, allow pigs as pets and urges interested adopters to confirm local ordinances and be prepared for the space, nutrition, and veterinary needs pigs require.
