• Meet Sonoma County's Newest Regional Park During Special Sneak-Peak Hike (patch.com) — Sonoma County residents are invited to special preview hikes at the future Mark West Creek Regional Park and Preserve, giving a rare chance to explore meadows, redwood forests, and creekside trails before the park officially opens. Just 20 minutes from downtown Santa Rosa, the no-cost, self-guided treks require advance registration and include opportunities to talk with regional parks staff about plans and share community ideas for the new preserve.
