Criminal Threats In Temecula Lead To Arrest Of 61-Year-Old San Diego County Man: RSO (patch.com) — Temecula deputies responded to reports of criminal threats on Nicolas Road, ultimately identifying a 61-year-old Warner Springs man as the suspect. He was later arrested and booked on suspicion of threats and weapons violations, while investigators seized several firearms and continue seeking information from anyone who may know more about the case.

City Of Temecula Hosting Annual 'National Preparedness Fair' (patch.com) — Temecula residents are invited to the city's annual National Preparedness Fair on Saturday, Sept. 5, at Promenade Temecula, where families can learn how to prepare for disasters and local emergencies. The free, family-friendly event features safety demonstrations, preparedness materials, kids' activities, and connections to local emergency personnel and resources.
   

3. Stolen Flock Safety Camera recovered, Temecula man arrested (canyonlakeinsider.com) — Deputies arrested an 18-year-old Temecula resident after a stolen Flock Safety license-plate camera was found at a home on Matera Court in the city. The camera had reportedly been cut down and loaded into a vehicle near East Benton and De Portola roads. Investigators recovered the device and are asking anyone with information to contact the Southwest Sheriff's Station.

Boney James Shares 'Storybook' Featuring Larry Carlton (gratefulweb.com) — Smooth jazz star Boney James is bringing his fall tour to Temecula's Thornton Winery on October 4 as part of a run supporting his new album, A Simple Man. Residents can expect his latest single "Storybook," collaborations with artists like Larry Carlton and Ledisi, and a setlist that blends jazz and R&B for an intimate outdoor show.
