TEMECULA IMAX Sells Out Three Showings of You're No Indian Documentary

Pechanga is one local tribe featured in the award winning documentary on the disenrollment issue.

Disenrollment is NOT the Indian way, but maybe the Casino Indian Way

Prominent Native American actors Wes Studi and Tantoo Cardinal have Executive Produced a documentary on tribal disenrollment, the stripping of Native American tribal citizenship entitled You're No Indian

The Temecula area tribe, the Pechanga Band of Indians and it's long-time tribal chairman Mark Macarro are featured.

The filmmakers, including Ryan Flynn and Santana Rabang had been served with a cease and desist order by Macarro's attorneys. They refused.

Viewers of the documentary were asked what their thoughts were and one, Christina Noriega said, that it's a shameful action on the part of gaming tribes. Thousands have been affected and we can't get one single politician to even look at the fraud.

Mr. Macarro has been under fire as President of the National Congress of American Indians and it seems the luster of his 3o year tribal chairman reign. He was purportedly refused when asking the tribe to pay his attorney fees to try to stop this film from being shown.

The truth is a powerful thing, and all tribal people should learn more about tribal disenrollment . You can learn too
