Temecula's Annual History Day Event Returns Oct. 10

TEMECULA, CA — Temecula's past will be celebrated and on full display when the fourth annual Temecula History Day returns on Saturday, Oct. 10.

Temecula History Day, which will be held at Sam Hicks Monument Park, highlights the city's story from the beginning and the figures who built Temecula, the city announced on Tuesday.

The free event will be held from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. and include games, demonstrations, tractor racing for children, live music, and shaved ice.

The event organizers are also accepting high school students in need of community service hours to volunteer to assist with the historical games.
