• Joshua Tree man arrested following firearm brandishing and witness dissuasion investigation (kesq.com) — Detectives from the Thermal Sheriff’s Station arrested a Joshua Tree man after a months-long investigation into an alleged firearm incident and witness intimidation, and they’re still seeking more information. Deputies stopped the suspect near I-10 and SR-62, then searched a Joshua Tree home and booked him into the John Benoit Detention Center. Residents can share tips directly with the Thermal station investigator.
