• Massive fire destroys 1 million-square-foot Medline Industries distribution facility in California (wbal.com) — A massive fire has destroyed Medline’s 1‑million‑square‑foot medical supply distribution center in Tracy, forcing evacuations of nearby FedEx and Amazon warehouses and closing Promontory Parkway while crews continue battling spot fires. Officials report no injuries, but failed sprinklers and a private water system with no pressure hampered firefighting as embers ignited additional fires near Schulte Road, Larch Road and Tracy Municipal Airport.
