• See how much home prices fell in Tulare County recently (visaliatimesdelta.com) — Home prices across Tulare County slipped in January, with the median sale price dropping to $365,000, about 6.6% below December and 6.4% under January 2025. The report, based on Realtor.com deed data, also shows fewer overall sales and far fewer million-dollar deals, while providing context on how Tulare County compares to statewide housing trends.

• Boo Crane (powderriverexaminer.com) — Tulare residents are connected to the life and loss of Bernard “Boo” Crane through his daughter, Carrie Monteiro of Tulare, and her family. Crane was a decorated Vietnam veteran, longtime agriculture educator, and devoted community member in Broadus, Montana, remembered for his service, storytelling, and love of shooting sports; services and burial will be held later this month in Broadus.
