Joybound People & Pets presents Community Movie Nights: The Secret Life of Pets

Grab your family, besties and littles and join us for a special showing of The Secret Life of Pets on the big screen! We’re excited for a fantastic summer of special screenings of all your favorite animal films. All are welcome at this community movie night.
The film will be screened on our big screen in the Pavillon. Joybound People & Pets is located at 2890 Mitchell Drive, Walnut Creek. Free parking is available onsite. Our adoption floor is open Monday-Friday from 12:00-7:00 pm and Saturday-Sunday from 11:00 am-6:00 pm so come early to check out all our adoptable dogs and cats!
Concessions, beverages, and treats will be available for purchase onsite. Suggested registration sliding scale of $5-$10 per person to attend. Join us for Friday movie nights all summer long. All proceeds benefit Joybound’s life-changing programs.
June 5: The Secret Life of Pets (2016)
Two mismatched mutts get lost in New York City due to their feuding and must work together to find their way home. During their journey, they encounter a vicious bunny who plans to lead a group of abandoned pets on a mission of revenge against humanity.
Cast includes Kevin Hart, Eric Stonestreet, Jenny Slate, Ellie Kemper, Louis C.K., Lake Bell, Dana Carvey, Albert Brooks, Hannibal Buress, Bobby Moynihan, and more. Directed by Chris Renaud.
